Deletion Account

Web Application

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on the drop-down icon on the top-right corner of the header(right next to user name).
  3. Select the “Account Delete” option.

  4. A modal will appear with the message:
    “Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Are you sure you want to proceed?”
  5. Click on the “Yes” button to confirm.

  6. Click on “OK” for browser based modal. Your account in admission application will be deleted.

Mobile Application

  1. Login to your application account.
  2. Open side menu of the application from hamburger menu on top left.
  3. Tap on Delete Account Side Menu Item
  4. A modal will appear with the message:
    “Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Are you sure you want to proceed?”
  5. Click on the “Yes” button to confirm.
  6. Click on “OK” for browser based modal. Your account in admission application will be deleted.
